Who builds MadyHR.ai
A UK company, a registered address you can look up, and software with one price. If you are about to put passport and visa records into a product you found in a search result, you should be able to find out who is behind it first.
Why it exists
UK employers who hold a sponsor licence carry duties that most HR software was never built for: Right to Work evidence that has to be produced on request, follow-up checks that fall due years after a hire, changes that must reach UKVI within 10 working days, and records a compliance officer can ask for without notice. The products that do handle those duties are sold as compliance tools, priced per sponsored worker, and leave holidays, rota and everyday HR to something else. So a small employer ends up with two systems and two bills, or with a spreadsheet and a good memory.

Why £50 works, and why it isn't an introductory rate.
Nothing is held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier. The saving comes out of how the company is run, not out of the product.

We don't pay an agency, a call centre or a sales team. Most people find MadyHR through the free guides on this site, a search, or another employer — and that is why the price is £50.
What MadyHR.ai is not
An honest disqualification is worth more than a feature list. If one of these is what you need, you need a different supplier — and it is better to find that out here.
Not an immigration adviser
MadyHR.ai keeps your records and shows you your deadlines. It does not advise on an application, a visa route or a refusal — that is regulated work, and it belongs with a regulated adviser.
It does not file with the Home Office
Reporting a change goes through the Sponsorship Management System, and only your Level 1 User can do it. MadyHR.ai counts the 10 working days, shows what is still to report and keeps your record that you did it.
Not a law firm
Nothing in the product or the guides is legal advice. The guides cite the gov.uk page they came from so you can read the source yourself.
No payroll
MadyHR.ai holds salary history for compliance and reporting, and does not calculate or pay wages. It is meant to sit alongside your payroll, not replace it.

How the guidance is kept current
Immigration and employment rules move, and a compliance product that quietly goes out of date is worse than no product. So the things that can go stale carry the date they were checked and the source they came from:
- Every guide links the gov.uk page it is drawn from and shows when it was last reviewed, so you can check the source rather than take our word for it.
- The price comparison quotes each competitor's own published wording on the date it was read, and is re-checked at least every 90 days.
- Training content is written and maintained by us, shows its source and review date on each course, and is general guidance rather than legal advice.
