Sponsor Licence Register Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective: 1 October 2026
These terms govern the Sponsor Licence Register pages at madyhr.ai/sponsors, including the map, the search, the daily changes and the methodology page. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.
What this is
The Home Office publishes a Register of licensed sponsors: workers on GOV.UK. It lists every employer licensed to sponsor workers on the Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and other work routes, with the employer's name, town, licence type, rating and routes. Each publication replaces the last.
MadyHR reads that register every working day, keeps each publication, places each entry on a map by the town given, and records what changed between publications.
Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The register is Crown copyright. We do not claim ownership of it.
What this is not
- Not the Home Office. This is an independent service by MadyHR. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or maintained for the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, Companies House or any public body. The official register is on GOV.UK and is the only authoritative source.
- Not advice. Nothing on these pages is immigration advice. A licence means an employer may sponsor workers on the routes shown. It does not mean the employer is hiring, that it would sponsor any particular person, or that it will still hold a licence tomorrow.
- Not a list of addresses. The register gives a town, not an address, and not the place people work. Map positions are approximate placements by town and may be wrong where a town name is ambiguous or shared.
- Not a statement of why anything changed. When an entry disappears from the published register we show it as "no longer in the published register". The register does not say why. A licence being revoked, surrendered, suspended, expired, transferred, or an employer being renamed or restructured, all look identical. We do not know the reason and we do not say one. Anyone drawing a conclusion about why an entry changed does so on their own judgement.
Accuracy
We reproduce the register as published. Errors in the register are the register's; we do not correct them. Our own processing — placing entries on a map, detecting changes between publications — can also contain errors. We make no warranty that any entry, position, count or change is accurate, complete or current.
Check the official register on GOV.UK before relying on any entry.
If you are on the register
If you are an employer listed on the register and believe our page shows something inaccurate about you, or you would rather not be shown on the map, email support@madyhr.ai with the subject line "Sponsor register entry". We will respond within 5 working days.
We cannot change what the Home Office publishes, but we can correct a placement error, add a note, or remove a map position.
Where an entry names an individual, for example a sole trader trading under their own name, that individual's rights under UK GDPR apply to our copy of the register, and our Privacy Policy explains the basis on which we process it and how to object.
Use of the data
You may use these pages for your own information. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from them, republish them, or use them to build a competing service. If you want the underlying data, it is free on GOV.UK under the Open Government Licence.
You may not use these pages to target, contact or harass any employer or individual listed on them.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MAKZEE LTD accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on these pages, including any decision to apply to, contact, avoid, employ or deal with any employer listed or not listed. Our Terms & Conditions, section 22, set out the limits on our liability.
