“Least you'd pay a year” is the published price for a company with one employee, who is sponsored: cheapest billing option, core product, before VAT. Every product except MadyHR.ai charges more as you add users, sponsored workers or employees. Prices read from each vendor's own page on 10 Oct 2026. MadyHR.ai's £50 is what you pay — nothing is added at checkout.

Price isn't everything: the products linked above have a full comparison page, including what each does that MadyHR.ai doesn't. For HR software without sponsor duties, see UK HR software prices compared.

Questions people ask

What is the cheapest sponsor compliance software in the UK?

We checked the published prices of 16 other UK sponsor compliance products on 10 Oct 2026. MadyHR.ai, at £50 a year for unlimited employees, was below all of them — the lowest published price we could find. The next lowest was LicenceGuard, from £53.88 a year. We can only compare prices that vendors publish, and products change their prices, so every figure on this page links to its source and we re-check at least every 90 days.

Does the price go up as I hire?

Not with MadyHR.ai: £50 a year covers unlimited employees and every module. Every other product in the table sets its price by users, sponsored workers or headcount, so the figures shown are the least each one charges and rise from there.

How can MadyHR.ai cost so little?

Most HR and sponsor compliance products are either a way in to a consultancy retainer, or priced per employee. MadyHR.ai is software only with no sales team, and we make money on volume rather than on your headcount.

How we keep this page accurate

Competitor prices and features are taken from each company's own public website on the date shown. Each source also links to a dated copy of that page saved with the Internet Archive or, where we don't have one yet, to the Archive's list of captures. We re-check at least every 90 days and update within 5 working days of learning of a change. Think something's wrong? Email support@madyhr.ai and we'll reply within one working day.

  • — Page published. Every price on it checked 22 Sep 2026 against the vendor's own pricing page.
  • — Every price re-checked against the vendor's own pricing page. Added nine products: Root HR, BlazeHR, Soteriaa, Sponsoro, SponsorFort, Annaizu, ComplianceGuard, SponsorAssist and LicenceGuard. Factorial's pricing page moved to factorial.com/gb.
  • — Dated Internet Archive copies, saved 12 Oct 2026, added for 14 of the 16 products. The Archive couldn't save HireComply's or SponsorAssist's pages, so they still link to its list of captures.
