Every application goes to a person, and we come back to you by email either way. Next steps are agreed with you rather than sprung on you.

Sponsorship is answered on the advert
Where a role can be sponsored, it says so on the role itself — available, considered case by case, or not available. Needing sponsorship never counts against an application for a role that offers it.
