This page governs the free resources on madyhr.ai: the calculators and checkers under /resources/tools, the guides under /resources/guides, the templates under /resources/templates, the checklists and PDFs we publish, and the price comparison pages under /compare and /vs. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

What they are

They are general information, built by MadyHR from published official sources, mainly GOV.UK, the Home Office and Acas. Each one shows the source it was built from and the date it was last checked.

They are free, need no account and ask for no email.

What they are not

They are not advice. Not legal advice, not immigration advice, not tax advice, not HR advice tailored to you.

MadyHR is HR software. We are not a law firm, not an immigration adviser, not an accountant and not a government body. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for GOV.UK, the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, HMRC, Acas or any other public authority. Nothing on these pages is an official government tool or an official statement of the law.

Calculators and checkers

The holiday entitlement calculator, sponsor licence cost calculator, Right to Work checker and any other tool work only from what you type in. If your input is wrong or incomplete, the result will be wrong. Each tool states the rules it applies and the source those rules come from.

The official calculators on GOV.UK are the authoritative ones. Where an official calculator exists for the same question, we link to it, and you should use it for any decision that matters.

A result from one of our tools is not evidence that you have complied with anything, and does not create a statutory excuse or any other legal protection.

Guides and checklists

Our guides explain the rules as published at the date shown on the guide. The law and official guidance change, sometimes with little notice. Before acting on anything in a guide, check the current version of the official source we cite.

A checklist is a memory aid. Completing it does not mean you have complied with the law.

Templates

Contract, letter and policy templates are generic starting points. They are not drafted for your circumstances, and they may not reflect the latest law. Review every template, adapt it to your situation, and where the document has legal consequences, have it checked by a qualified adviser before you use it. You are responsible for any document you issue.

Price comparison pages

Our comparison pages show the prices other HR and compliance software vendors publish on their own websites. Each figure is read from the vendor's page, shown with the plan it relates to, and dated with the day we checked it. We compare the cheapest published plan in each group, before tax, with no add-ons.

Vendors change their prices. A figure may be out of date by the time you read it. Check the vendor's own page before deciding. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the products compared.

If you are a vendor and believe a figure is wrong, email support@madyhr.ai and we will check and correct it promptly.

Government content

Where our resources reproduce or are derived from public sector information, it is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and remains Crown copyright. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not suggest the Government endorses our use of it.

Reliance and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MAKZEE LTD accepts no liability for any loss, penalty, fine, missed deadline, invalid document or other consequence arising from reliance on any resource, tool, guide, template or comparison on this site. Our Terms & Conditions, section 22, set out the limits on our liability.

If you find something wrong, email support@madyhr.ai. We correct errors and update the date on the page when we do.
