Verify a training certificate

Every certificate issued through MadyHR.ai carries a unique reference. Enter it below to confirm the certificate is genuine and still stands.

What this check tells you

A successful check confirms four things: who the certificate was awarded to, which company issued it, which course and version it covers, and the date it was issued. If the issuing company has since withdrawn the certificate, the check says so.

What it deliberately does not tell you

Nothing else from the employee’s record. No score, no employee number, no contact details, no other courses they have taken, and no way to browse from one certificate to another. A certificate reference is not a key into an HR system, and this page is built so that it cannot become one.

If a reference does not work

Check the reference against the certificate itself — they take the form MH-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and the letters I, L, O and U are never used, so a character that looks like one of those is a 1 or a 0. If it still does not resolve, ask the person who gave you the certificate to confirm it, or contact the company that issued it.

Certificates record completion of internal training. They are not professional accreditations, and they are not legal advice.

Those are entirely your choice, and everything on this site works exactly the same either way. What each category does.
