Straight about the price
Why £50 works, and why it isn't an introductory rate.
Nothing is held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier. The saving comes out of how the company is run, not out of the product.
No sales team
No reps, no demo to book, no quote to negotiate. The price is on this page and it is the same price for everyone.
No call centre
Support is Ask Mady and email. A deliberate trade: instant answers from your own records, and no phone room in your subscription.
No agency, no retainer
We don't pay an agency, a call centre or a sales team. Most people find MadyHR through the free guides on this site, a search, or another employer — and that is why the price is £50.

Pricing questions
Can I try it before paying?+−
Yes. Creating your Company is free and needs no card — you can sign in and explore the product properly first. A subscription unlocks employee records, leave, attendance, recruitment and documents, and you start it from inside the app.
Do you offer refunds?+−
Yes. Both plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel in your account's Billing settings within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full automatically, no reason needed (or email support@madyhr.ai). After that there is no refund for unused time, but you can cancel the Annual plan whenever you like and keep access to the end of the year you have paid for.
Are there any extra charges?+−
No — the price shown is what you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I change plans later?+−
Cancelling, updating your card and downloading invoices are all self-service in the billing portal, from Billing inside the app. To move between the annual and 10-year plans, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Does the annual plan renew?+−
Renews automatically every 12 months at £50 until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing. The 10-year plan is different — see below.
What happens after the 10-year plan ends?+−
A single payment of £240 covering 10 years from activation. It does not renew — nothing is charged again. We'll be in touch well before the 10 years are up so you can decide whether to carry on. If you don't, adding and editing switch off on that date — your records stay readable and nothing is deleted.
