Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 28 October 2026
This statement applies to madyhr.ai: the public website, the free tools and guides, the sponsor licence register pages, and the signed-in MadyHR application. It is published by MAKZEE LTD, which operates MadyHR.ai.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use MadyHR. You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the site using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the site using a screen reader
- change colours, contrast and text size through your browser or device settings
- read the site at mobile phone width without scrolling sideways
How accessible this website is
We build and test MadyHR against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA. Our automated tests check many pages for accessibility errors every time the code changes.
MadyHR is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We have not yet had a full independent accessibility audit, and we know some parts are not fully accessible:
- Product walkthrough video. The narrated walkthrough on our home page does not yet have captions or a transcript.
- Sponsor licence register map. The map is a visual aid and is hard to use with a screen reader. The same information is available in the lists, search and tables on the register pages.
- PDF documents. PDFs that MadyHR generates, such as letters, certificates and registers, are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same information is available on screen in the app.
- Complex tables in the app. Some wide tables need sideways scrolling on a small screen.
Feedback and contact information
If you find something on MadyHR that you cannot use, or you need information in a different format, email support@madyhr.ai with the subject line "Accessibility". Tell us the web address of the page and what the problem was. We reply within one working day, and will tell you when we expect to fix the problem, or give you the information another way in the meantime.
Enforcement procedure
If you think we are not meeting our duties under the Equality Act 2010, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
What we are doing to improve accessibility
We plan to add captions and a transcript to the walkthrough video, to tag the PDFs MadyHR generates, and to have the site independently audited against WCAG 2.2 AA. We will update this statement as each is done.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 28 October 2026. It is based on our own testing, including automated testing with axe and testing at mobile widths. It will be reviewed at least once a year.
