Every employee gets a login, so MadyHR.ai has to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, zoom or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2 (opens in a new tab)) at level AA across our website and app.
What we do
- Readable text with strong color contrast
- Pages that work at phone width and when zoomed in
- Real buttons and links that work with a keyboard
- Labels on form fields and descriptions on images
- Plain wording throughout
- Automated accessibility checks on many screens, as part of our tests
Where we’re still improving
We’re a small team and we haven’t finished a full independent audit yet. Some parts may not work perfectly with every assistive technology. If you find one, we want to know.
