Account & billing
How much does MadyHR.ai cost?
$99 a year ($8.25 a month) in US dollars for your whole company, billed yearly. It isn't charged per employee.
How do I pay?
By card, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see your full card number.
When will I hear about my renewal?
We email your Company Admins about 30 days before each yearly renewal, with the date and the amount.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel any time from the Billing page. Cancel within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal, and that payment is refunded in full, automatically. After that, your access continues to the end of the year you've paid for.
Will my price change?
Never during a year you've already paid for. A new price applies only from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before.
Employees & logins
Why can't I add employees yet?
A free account lets you look around everything. Adding employees unlocks when you subscribe for $99 a year ($8.25 a month), on the same account, so nothing is lost.
How do employees get their login?
Send an invitation from the employee's profile. They get an email with a link that works once and lasts 7 days, and choose their own password.
Can employees see each other's information?
No. Employees see their own shifts, timesheet, time off and documents, plus the policies you ask them to sign. Managers see the people who report to them, but never their pay.
Schedules, hours & time off
Can employees clock in from their phone?
Yes, in their phone's web browser. There's no app to install.
How do I get hours to my payroll provider?
Approve the pay period's timesheets, then download them as a CSV file and send it on. MadyHR.ai doesn't connect directly to payroll apps.
Does clock-in track location?
No. The clock records the time of each clock-in, clock-out and break, and nothing about where the employee is. There's no face or fingerprint clock-in either.
Using Ask Mady
Can I use Ask Mady in the US edition?
Yes. Ask Mady is in the app and answers from your own company's MadyHR.ai records: your compliance score and what needs action, Form I-9s, who's clocked in or off today, time-off requests and balances in hours, and, for one employee, their job, overtime status, hours this pay period, I-9 and training. Company-wide answers are counts, and she never shows pay.
What can't Ask Mady do?
She doesn't give legal, tax or general HR advice, and she only knows what's in your account. She shows only what your login can see. For questions about how MadyHR.ai works, email support@madyhr.ai.
