Resources, Tools & Guides Disclaimer
Version 1.0 · Effective: October 19, 2026
This page governs the free US resources on madyhr.ai: the calculators under /us/resources/tools, the guides under /us/resources/guides, the templates under /us/resources/templates, the glossary, and the price comparison pages under /us/compare. Section 13 of our US Terms of Service covers them too.
What they are
They are general information, built by MadyHR.ai from published official sources, mainly the US Department of Labor, the IRS, USCIS, the Bureau of Labor Statistics and state labor agencies. Each one shows the sources it was built from and the date it was last checked.
They are free and need no account.
What they are not
They are not advice: not legal advice, not tax or payroll advice, and not HR advice tailored to you.
MadyHR.ai is HR software. We are not a law firm, an accountant, a payroll provider or a government agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the US Department of Labor, the IRS, USCIS, E-Verify, any state agency or any other public authority. Nothing on these pages is an official government tool or an official statement of the law.
Calculators
Our calculators work only from what you enter. If what you enter is wrong or incomplete, the result will be wrong. Each one states the rules it applies and where they come from. Federal, state and local rules differ, and a city or county can set a higher minimum wage than its state.
Where an official calculator exists for the same question, it is the authoritative one, and you should use it for any decision that matters.
A result from one of our calculators is not evidence that you have complied with anything, and it does not protect you from a claim, a penalty or back pay.
Guides and the glossary
Our guides and glossary explain the rules as published on the date shown. Laws and official guidance change, sometimes with little notice, and they differ from state to state. Before acting on a guide, check the current version of the official source it cites.
Templates
Offer letters, checklists and other templates are generic starting points. They are not drafted for your state or your circumstances, and they may not reflect the latest law. Review every template, adapt it to your situation, and where the document has legal consequences, have it checked by an employment attorney before you use it. You are responsible for any document you issue.
Where a template refers to a government form, such as Form I-9 or Form W-4, use the current version from the agency that publishes it.
Price comparison pages
Our comparison pages show the prices other HR software vendors publish on their own websites. Each figure is read from the vendor's page, shown with the plan it relates to, and dated with the day we checked it.
Vendors change their prices, and a figure may be out of date by the time you read it. Check the vendor's own page before deciding. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the products compared.
If you are a vendor and believe a figure is wrong, email support@madyhr.ai and we will check and correct it promptly.
Government content
Some of our resources quote or are drawn from US government publications. Works of the US federal government are generally not protected by copyright in the United States; state materials may be, and we only cite and summarize them. We do not suggest that any government agency endorses our use of them.
Reliance and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MAKZEE LTD accepts no liability for any loss, penalty, back pay, missed deadline, invalid document or other consequence arising from reliance on any resource, calculator, guide, template or comparison on these pages. Section 22 of our US Terms of Service sets out the limits on our liability.
Reporting an error
If you find something wrong, email support@madyhr.ai. We correct errors and update the date on the page when we do.
