Pricing questions
Is it $99 per employee?
No. $99 a year ($8.25 a month) covers your whole company account, however many employees you add.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. It's one plan, paid once a year. That keeps billing simple for you and for us.
Can I look around before I pay?
Yes. Create a free account and look around everything. Adding employees unlocks when you subscribe, on the same account.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Your plan renews each year at the price shown on your account, charged to the card you used. We email you about 30 days before each renewal with the date and the amount, so it's never a surprise.
What's not included?
Payroll, health benefits administration and background checks. Keep the payroll provider you use today: MadyHR exports approved hours as a CSV each pay period for you to take into it.
Do my employees get their own login?
Yes, every employee, at no extra cost. You invite them by email. They can clock in and out, see their schedule and timesheet, request time off, sign documents and see the training required of them, from any browser, including a phone. They never see other people's pay or records.
Will the price go up?
Never during a year you've paid for. A new price applies only from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before, so you can cancel first if you wish.
Is sales tax added?
The price is $99 a year ($8.25 a month) in US dollars, billed yearly. Taxes are added only where we're required to collect them, and any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Why is it so much cheaper?
There is no sales team, no demo calls and no commission, and every company is on the same plan. You sign up and set up yourself.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Billing page. Within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal, that payment is refunded in full, automatically. After that, your access continues to the end of the year you've paid for and nothing more is taken.
