Important: please read

What this register shows. It lists Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) that the U.S. Department of Labor certified for H-1B jobs. An employer must give U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) a certified LCA along with its H-1B petition, so an LCA is an early step. It does not mean a visa was approved or that a job is open now.

Time period. Figures cover certified H-1B LCAs in the Department of Labor's file for fiscal year 2026, quarters 1 to 3 (October 2025 to June 2026). Withdrawn and denied applications, and E-3 and H-1B1 visas, are left out.

Wages and “small sponsor”. Wages are the rate the employer offered, turned into a yearly figure. “Small sponsor” is our own label for an employer with 5 or fewer certified H-1B LCAs in this period. It does not tell you how many staff the employer has.

Names and job titles. Employers and job titles are shown as the filings gave them, with business endings such as LLC in capitals. One company can file under more than one legal name. Where the same job title was written differently (for example in capitals), it is shown under one standard title.
